The Secret Garden (first commissioned for Żigużajg)

Ugly and ill-tempered Mary talks of her past, her birth in India and of how she ends up living in England. She finds a key and leads us to the secret garden where we discover creatures, odd and beautiful. Spoilt and wicked Mary, turns into a beautiful flower that blooms, representing all that is good.
Moveo Dance Company create the creatures in the secret garden. This event will be split into a 30minute performance and a 20 minute workshop where children can explore the dancers' movements and embark on a choreographic journey with them. The participants will be invited to discover the magical garden through interactive dance.

Sometimes we are angry and aggressive, sometimes we get on with each other and at other times, we feel incredibly comfortable with each other. Two dancers take you on this journey. These emotional stories, where body language speaks louder than words, are depicted through movement, sound, colour and costume.

See-Quatic (first commissioned for Żigużajg)

See-Quatic is an underwater explorative experience where children are taken on an aquatic journey. The performance space is converted into an interactive space giving the illusion of an aquarium, where children can discover the giant sea creatures and their surrounding habitat. Vibrance, colour and lavish costumes are a few of the enchanting elements our young audience will encounter throughout this performance. In order for them to get really immersed into the deep sea, the children will also get the opportunity to meet and interact with the giant octopus at the end of the show.

One Funny Ballet

The production has fun with classical ballet and the impression some people have of it!
Showy ballerinas, melodramatic behaviour and boys in camouflage tights who end up in the middle of two jealous divas wanting to steal each others limelight. All this is presented through a simply hilarious narrative, performed through mime and dance.
