Description
This Summer, Teatru Manoel present a new jukebox musical written and performed by the TOI TOI Collective.

Synopsis:
Jess and Jim have moved into a new rented flat. They do not know each other but are mutual friends of Tim (everyone calls him Cute). Both Jess and Jim have gone through quite a bit of heartbreak.
Jess has remained hopeful that she will find her one true love. Jim on the other hand has become quite a love grinch.
Whilst arguing over whether to remove a painting from the living room wall they find a stack of love letters hidden behind a painting.
These love letters follow different love stories of people who lived in the apartment before.

A meet cute is a scene in which the two people who will form a future romantic couple meet for the first time, typically under unusual, humorous, or cute circumstances….. or so the dictionary says. But things aren’t always so black and white and what’s normal meant to be anyway?
